Good talent is out there; the trick is knowing how to discover and develop it. Our Artist Development course examines the challenge of finding new talent for record labels, by way of both traditional and digital methods. You will gain a clearer picture of the recruiting process and the role of the A&R representative as a liaison between the label and those representing the artist.
