We can show you what it takes to build a career in live production, whether it’s on the road, touring with artists like U2 and the Rolling Stones, helping to create a live production like Cirque du Soleil, or working a corporate event, but first things first... you'll need some earplugs. OK, now, if you're thinking about a career in live sound and event production, let's get started.
Full Sail University's Show Production & Touring Degree Program covers everything from the rigors of life while touring to live sound, video, and lighting design for live show productions, all in the space of only 13 months. You'll learn the ropes at Full Sail Live, a custom designed environment outfitted with the same gear that is installed in live event venues and that travels the world with top touring acts.
During your time in school, you'll learn every aspect of live sound and live event production from experienced instructors. By the time you graduate, you (and your earplugs) will be ready to start your own career in live sound and event production.
The Show Production & Touring Degree Program may be taken by itself and, upon successful completion, will result in an Associate of Science Degree. The Music Business curriculum may be taken in addition to Recording Arts and will result in a Bachelor of Science Degree when both are completed.
Additionally, students may enroll in the Entertainment Business Degree Program, which will result in a Master of Science Degree upon successful completion.
