At Full Sail, great care is taken to accurately simulate the same production scenarios and techniques used throughout the entertainment industry. Full Sail Students shoot their films using industry standard equipment, including Arriflex 16mm and 35mm film cameras, the same kind used to create the visuals for such films as The Lord of the Rings and Black Hawk Down.
Full Sail's extensive collection of facilities and equipment includes:
* 4 soundstages totaling over 30,000 square feet of production space
* ARRICAM Studio and ARRICAM Lite cameras for 35mm films
* Arriflex SR-3 16mm motion picture cameras
* Arri, Mole Richardson, and Matthews lighting and grip equipment
* Chapman Leonard Elektra crane
